Media, broadcast & mission
One maintained platform where content, giving, and email connect.
Platform, print-on-demand store, validated payments, email nurture, and prospect-data engineering, under managed care.
A national faith-and-mission nonprofit, with podcast, daily devotionals, prayer, events, and giving, was running an aging site with ad-hoc donations, no email nurture, and prospect data scattered across unconsolidated lists.
We rebuilt the core member-facing pages: a restructured prayer experience with a day-by-day devotional archive, and an events system. Then we stood up the commerce and communications layer around them: a print-on-demand merchandise store, live-mode payment flows for retreat and campaign registration (configured and validated by script, 130 of 130 checks passing), and a three-email welcome nurture with automated unsubscribe handling. We ran a nine-month prayer-campaign microsite end to end, and did the unglamorous data engineering underneath: consolidating four prospect lists (1,185 records) with dedup, email verification, and a compliance hold that flagged 265 do-not-contact records before a single message went out. All of it sits on ongoing managed care: hosting, backups, security, transactional email.
- Content, giving, commerce, and email now connect on one maintained platform instead of a scattered set of tools that didn’t talk to each other.
- Prospect data is clean and compliant: 1,185 records reconciled and 265 do-not-contact holds enforced before a single send, removing real legal and reputational risk.
- The organization can run time-boxed campaigns on deadline, with a nine-month microsite shipped on schedule, instead of fighting its own stack.
- Payments and donations are validated end to end (130/130 checks), so revenue events don’t fail at the worst possible moment.
